In recent years, as more and more hotels are interested in dealing directly with travel agents we decided to set up a page specifically catering to hotel travel agent programs. The programs have been growing with education, training and best of all travel agent benefits and loyalty programs. This list isn’t meant to be comprehensive but please let us know if we are missing a hotel travel agent program that you think should be listed. As hotel trade programs constantly evolve we may be missing some information, just pass it along if we are. Our reviews are meant to be objective. There are a wide range of travel agent hotel incentive, loyalty and rewards programs out there. The trade-offs can be that for a small hotel travel agents might have more leverage in negotiating top-tier incentives, if they can bring the business. Large hotel programs typically offer more training but can be one size fits all to travel agencies.

Starwood

The Starwood travel agent program caters to a wide range of travel agent professionals. As you expect from a hotel of this size, the tools are top notch. The Starwood Pro program allows points to accrue in multiple ways and be spend in multiple ways. Year after year, Starwood wins industry awards for its travel agent loyalty program. Members of SPG Pro, Starwood’s loyalty program for meeting and travel professionals, have the chance to earn SPG elite status, upgrades and Starpoints for bookings at Starwood’s nearly 1,250 properties.

Disney

While not a hotel only, the Disney Travel Agent program offers training for a variety of theme parks, hotels and cruises. Disney has a dedicated website and a large library of training with interactive videos maps and quizzes. In addition, the website allows agents to book their clients and also has telephone operators that you can work with directly. Below please find additional details on the site.

Disney Travel Agent Commission: Disney offers a sliding scale. The commission is close to 10% but double check based on your activity and the type of tickets your clients are purchasing.

Hilton

The Karisma travel agent program is definitely one of our favorite programs for the Mexico and Caribbean focused travel agent. Create your travel agent profile at World of Hyatt to begin learning about everything Hyatt has to offer. Some of Hyatt travel agent perks include:
